Maurizio Arcidiacono, a native Italian, and his wife, Jenna Arcidiacono, want to give their patrons a meal they’ll never forget. Chef Jenna, who studied in Italy and learned recipes from her mother-in-law, lives and breathes food – and loves to bring her sociable personality into her work. It’s not unusual to see her walking the restaurant and stopping to visit with guests at every table.
